L\u2019IA s\u2019invite dans les organisations et les leaders apprennent \u00e0 c\u00e9der une partie de leur pouvoir \u00e0 un algorithme et \u00e0 lui \u00ab d\u00e9l\u00e9guer \u00bb ainsi certaines t\u00e2ches qu\u2019elle pourra faire plus efficacement.
\nGr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019IA, les leaders se lib\u00e9reront de t\u00e2ches chronophages (planification et gestion des projets, suivi, application des normes et r\u00e8glements, etc.). Ils verront leurs op\u00e9rations enrichies et leurs d\u00e9cisions plus judicieuses parce qu\u2019ils seront assist\u00e9s par un outil intelligent et performant (optimisation des courriels, des donn\u00e9es et des ressources, prise de rendez-vous, personnalisation des pr\u00e9sentations, etc.) et ils pourront mettre l\u2019emphase sur des activit\u00e9s plus humaines avec leurs collaborateurs et sur le d\u00e9veloppement de strat\u00e9gies cr\u00e9atives et innovantes.
