I create space for honest conversation and new perspectives, while keeping a clear focus on movement, accountability, and results.<\/p>\n<p>My work centers on leadership development, team effectiveness, and change readiness. I help leaders and teams build alignment, trust and shared ownership, supporting them as they move from awareness to commitment, and from commitment to action.<\/p>\n<p>As a Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC), Emergenetics\u00ae Associate, and Personal Resilience Practitioner (PRP), I bring multiple lenses to my work.
