For 30 years, I have trained, supported and coached nearly 9,500 managers and professionals and facilitated more than 12,000 hours of management training and continuous improvement workshops in diverse contexts and industries.<\/p>\n

My interventions are primarily focused on developing relational and management skills and competencies, both for individuals and teams. Recognized as a pragmatic and hands-on practitioner, I have a natural inclination towards transferring learning to the workplace, both in the design and in the facilitation and support of coaching sessions.<\/p>\n

A member of the International Coaching Federation since 2016 and a PCC-certified coach since 2018, I hold a bachelor's degree in industrial relations and public communication, a master's degree in administration with a specialization in management and organizational development, and a graduate diploma in business administration with research projects related to emerging leadership skills, team mobilization, team performance, and organizational cultural evolution. I recently graduated from the Executive MBA program at McGill University and HEC Montr\u00e9al (Class of 2024) and have just begun a master's degree in Human Systems Intervention at Concordia University. I am also the author of numerous articles and a guest expert in leadership-related interviews. I have been a member of the Ordre des CRHA (Quebec Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals) since 1994.<\/p>\n

As a certified DiSC, AtmanPro, Nova Profile, Success Finder, Leadership Circle Profile and MBTI facilitator, levels I and II, I have given more than 1,250 individual and group feedback sessions.<\/p>\n

During my corporate career of more than 20 years, I have held leadership roles for talent management, leadership development, situational coaching and performance management programs at Cascades, Schering-Plough, Merck, Ratiopharm and Bell Helicopter.<\/p>\n
