\"Psychological safety is the secret to creative and successful teams,\" wrote Amy Edmondson, Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School. She defines it as \"a climate of interpersonal trust and mutual respect in which people are comfortable being themselves.\"\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

If you notice that your colleagues express themselves little or not at all, are reluctant to share their ideas and expertise and take few risks and initiatives, this is an invitation to ask yourself questions about the climate that reigns in your team and to have a humble, curious and open discussion with each of them.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
