I have been supporting leaders (from director to CEO) and their teams as a certified executive coach and facilitator for over 20 years.

As a systems thinker, I quickly identify patterns and untapped opportunities. Each client is unique and presents a new challenge. I translate my deep understanding of neuroscience, the business world, and developmental leadership models into practical, solution-focused approaches.

Because I am curious, my career path is not linear. I have spent as many years in large organizations in Canada, the U.S. and internationally leading the organizational effectiveness function as supporting these organizations as a consultant and certified coach, and teaching at McGill University.

I have had the privilege of working with all types of industries from aerospace to pharmaceutical, retail, financial services and telecommunications. I am particularly familiar with the needs of leaders with cartesian thinking such as engineers, CFOs, CTOs, data architects or those who face integration and inclusion issues. The times of transition to a higher position are often the times to call me.
