Do you inspire trust through your leadership?

Trust is the fundamental element upon which healthy relationships are built between a leader and his team. It's the glue that holds the group together, inspires loyalty and fosters collaboration.

When trust is lacking, communication becomes hampered, leading to misunderstandings and coordination problems.

In the absence of trust, employees are no longer inclined to follow directives or to surpass themselves, but rather they do everything to protect themselves.

A leader who does not inspire trust is unreliable, which can have a significant impact on the growth or sustainability of the operations.
