Content, approach, frequency, logistics, material, design or adaptation… everything is taken care of to facilitate participants’ progress in achieving their development objectives.
Through learning activities, proven models and a coaching approach, participants introspect, discover some tools and commit to transformational actions.
Every workshop ends with post-learning assignments to help leaders make a difference beyond the training framework. They are challenged to follow through on their commitments and are ideally supported by their managers.
