Maria Mikulowicz, Ph.D. in psychology
(Specialization: Leadership Psychology)
Trainer, coach, and senior advisor for over 25 years, I hold a Ph.D. in psychology. I have strong expertise in the implementation and dissemination of training programs, as well as in coaching and organizational development. I work in teaching and training as a facilitator, instructional designer, and director of training and skills development services.
As a bilingual trainer, I have trained several thousand people, mainly in the development of skills in management, leadership, communication, and customer service. I have undertaken mandates both at the tactical and strategic levels with management teams, operations, and front-line staff. I have recruited, trained, and supervised multicultural teams of advisors and trainers.
I have designed and facilitated numerous workshops and training sessions, including:
- Leadership
- Neurodiversity in the workplace (practical support for managers)
- Managing employees with mental health issues
- Manage human error
- Analyze the problems
- Managing one's time and priorities
- Communication
- Managing performance and difficult employees
- Resolving conflicts in the workplace
Specialized in psychological assessment, I regularly use psychometric tests of intelligence (e.g., Raven's Progressive Matrices, WISC, APIS-Z) and personality tests (ACL, CPI) in my diagnostics and support. These tools allow me to provide precise and personalized analyses, both at the individual and organizational level.
As a manager, I have improved work quality through the integration of KAIZEN system principles. Passionate about skills development, enhancing interpersonal relationships, and leadership, I support organizations in achieving their business objectives and successfully lead numerous development programs for leaders and their teams.
