Pierre Boudreault, EMBA, M.Sc., PCC, CRHA
For 30 years, I have trained, supported and coached nearly 9,500 managers and professionals and facilitated more than 12,000 hours of management training and continuous improvement workshops in diverse contexts and industries.
My interventions are primarily focused on developing relational and management skills and competencies, both for individuals and teams. Recognized as a pragmatic and hands-on practitioner, I have a natural inclination towards transferring learning to the workplace, both in the design and in the facilitation and support of coaching sessions.
A member of the International Coaching Federation since 2016 and a PCC-certified coach since 2018, I hold a bachelor's degree in industrial relations and public communication, a master's degree in administration with a specialization in management and organizational development, and a graduate diploma in business administration with research projects related to emerging leadership skills, team mobilization, team performance, and organizational cultural evolution. I recently graduated from the Executive MBA program at McGill University and HEC Montréal (Class of 2024) and have just begun a master's degree in Human Systems Intervention at Concordia University. I am also the author of numerous articles and a guest expert in leadership-related interviews. I have been a member of the Ordre des CRHA (Quebec Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals) since 1994.
As a certified DiSC, AtmanPro, Nova Profile, Success Finder, Leadership Circle Profile and MBTI facilitator, levels I and II, I have given more than 1,250 individual and group feedback sessions.
During my corporate career of more than 20 years, I have held leadership roles for talent management, leadership development, situational coaching and performance management programs at Cascades, Schering-Plough, Merck, Ratiopharm and Bell Helicopter.
