Our approach works because we work with you about the issues that really matter the most to you and your vision. We're not here to give you a magic bullet (bye-bye brainwashing), but to develop customized tips based on your priorities. That's the difference!

Every journey begins with the modeling of your leaders' profile. We then determine the issues, needs and priorities specific to your organization. We continue with the gap analysis between the current reality and the targeted objectives.

Content, approach, frequency, logistics, materials, design. Everything is planned to help participants reach the desired level on the skills development scale.

We provide customized tools during the training. By leaving a period of application between each training workshop, we ensure that the tools learned are anchored and applicable in the long term. 

The interventions end with the development of post-learning assignments and concrete commitments from the leaders. Participants are challenged to make a difference beyond the training and to follow through on their commitments. We examine what works well and what doesn't work so well to reinforce inconsistencies.

I had the opportunity to follow Jorj's training on Powershot format training. I did not regret a single minute of the 90 minutes that the training lasted. The quality of the animation and the training are very high. The training gave me lots of avenues of reflection in order to promote learner engagement and encourage even more the implementation of learning and adoption of new behaviors. Very useful.
