Criticism, a healthy or a poisoned gift?

“It depends on how it is offered to me, on the person who offers it to me, on the words used! That’s what leaders often respond when asked about their attitude to criticism. However, we are aware that it is often through feedback - even when perceived as non-constructive - that we improve and evolve.

Take a few minutes to make a diagnosis and check how much your beliefs and behaviors allow you to evolve or limit you through criticism.
