I am an executive coach, passionate about supporting leaders at key moments in their journey. I support them in their desire to intentionally position themselves to serve a more desirable future — for themselves, their team and their organization.

My strength: creating safe, structured and transformational spaces, where slowing down, asking the right questions (the ones we sometimes avoid) and (re)aligning becomes natural.

I am guided by the conviction that a leader's inner state directly influences the scope and effectiveness of their actions. My approach is rooted in a systemic, strategic, and embodied perspective. My philosophy, both humanistic and committed, aims to facilitate meaningful transformations for leaders, their teams, and their organizations.

As a certified professional coach (Professional Certified Coach – PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I have accumulated over 1,600 hours of executive coaching, 2,000 hours of facilitated training (in person and virtually), and over 10 years of experience as a consultant specializing in the development of conscious, intentional and sustainable leadership.

Committed to continuous learning, I have completed over 3,000 hours of professional development training after my Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A.A.) at HEC Montréal, including 1,000 hours of accredited training leading to my professional coaching certification.

Areas of expertise

I specialize in developing conscious leadership: confidence and leadership posture, emotional and political intelligence, relational influence, courageous conversations, decision-making, resilience, balance between performance and well-being.

I design approaches tailored to three main leadership profiles:

  • Executive succession (0 to 5 years before an executive role): preparing confidently to occupy a strategic role, clarifying one's bearings and asserting one's posture.
  • Emerging executives (0 to 5 years in an executive role): navigating complexity, refining leadership, developing a clear and aligned impact.
  • Experienced executives (5+ years in an executive role): restore meaning, take a step back, activate a more conscious, serene and sustainable leadership.
