Barely twenty years old. Direct gaze, confident speech.
They talk about their dreams, justice, balance, healthy boundaries.
And me… I try to connect with their logic, to understand their language, to follow their tempo. I listen to them.

This creates a favorable environment for their development, autonomy, and engagement, enabling them to dare, go further, while avoiding stifling their natural energy.
