Trainer, coach and senior advisor for more than 25 years, I have solid experience, both in the implementation and delivery of training programs, and as a coach in training and organizational development. I work in teaching and training as a facilitator, instructional designer and director of training and skills development services.
As a bilingual trainer, I have trained several thousand people, mainly in the field of development of management, leadership, communication and customer service skills. I have led mandates at both the tactical and strategic levels: management teams, operations and front-line staff. I have recruited, trained and supervised multicultural teams of advisors and trainers.
Working as a manager, I have improved the quality of work through the integration of KAZEN system elements. Passionate about increasing skills, improving interpersonal relationships and leadership development, I support organizations in achieving their business objectives and successfully lead numerous development programs for leaders and their teams.
