Diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging: how can we move beyond words and consciously and openly act to become allies and foster inclusive leadership?

This training program helps managers explore their unconscious biases related to diversity, commit to inclusive and equitable actions, and actively foster a sense of belonging within their teams.

  • Diversity, identity, and perceived threats
  • Your unconscious biases - and how to make them more conscious

 

Inclusion

  • The consequences of exclusion
  • Psychological safety: a key factor in performance
  • The concept of inclusion, based on embracing uniqueness and fostering belonging

 

Becoming an Ally

  • Self-assessment: your journey from bystander to ally
  • Microaggressions and microaffirmations
  • Initiating empathetic conversations
  • Responding to others' mistakes
  • Bouncing back after making a mistake

 

Equity

  • Daring to challenge equality to promote equity
  • Avoiding favoritism - or the perception of it
  • Transforming privilege: turning exclusion traps into inclusion levers
